Polar Bears are Not (Always) White!

In July, the author recounts a photo trip to Svalbard, famed for its picturesque polar bears. The journey began from Longyearbyen, where a small ship set sail towards the stunning Arctic landscapes. The first encounter with a polar bear revealed a messy scene as she feasted on a walrus carcass, showcasing nature’s raw beauty.
